FOLLOW-UP DRAFT
Could you confirm the current delivery date for PO-1042? Please let us know if anything is holding up the shipment.
The order, the follow-up, and the next step. Together.
A calmer daily routine
Open orders. Clear next steps.
For purchasing teams at small manufacturers, distributors, and product businesses who still chase suppliers from an export.
Bring your open orders
Upload your CSV or Excel export and check the column matches. Keep the tools you already use.
Work the attention queue
Start with late deliveries and missing confirmations. Review and edit an order-specific follow-up.
Keep commitments current
Send when you're ready. Record the supplier's revised date, then see what needs your attention next.
Built around buyer control
Don't let the next promise get lost in your inbox.
Keep the promised date, last contact, and next follow-up beside each order. When the supplier replies, review their update and save the new commitment.
Focus on exceptions
Filter overdue and unconfirmed orders, search a supplier, and tackle the highest-priority work first.
Review before sending
Edit each draft and approve the wording. Follow-ups only leave when you choose to send.
Close the loop
SupplierPing reads a supplier's reply and suggests the update for you to apply with one click, no copying or pasting. You can also tell the assistant yourself, or ask it to fix a mistake on the order.

A few things to know
Does this replace my ERP?
SupplierPing works from a CSV or Excel export of your open orders. It does not sync changes back to your ERP. Export your updated queue and reconcile it with your source system.
Do suppliers need another account?
No. You send an ordinary email and suppliers reply to it. SupplierPing reads that reply and suggests the update for you to apply with one click; you can also record it yourself any time.
Will it email suppliers automatically?
No. Drafts are prepared for your review. You approve and send them. Due follow-up drafts are refreshed when you open your dashboard.
What do I need to get started?
A file with PO number, supplier name, supplier email, and item. Dates and status are optional. Connect Gmail in Account before sending real follow-ups.
