Terms of Service

Last updated September 16, 2026.

These terms govern your use of SupplierPing (the "Service"), operated from Singapore. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you're using SupplierPing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

1. What SupplierPing is

SupplierPing is a workspace for tracking open purchase orders, drafting and sending follow-up emails to suppliers, and recording their replies. Every send requires your explicit approval. The Service never emails a supplier without you clicking Send.

SupplierPing helps you organize and act on follow-ups faster. It does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, respond faster, or that using it will save any specific amount of time or money; see Pricing for how we frame that. Supplier replies you record, whether typed in or read automatically from an email reply, are suggestions for you to review and apply. SupplierPing doesn't change your order records without that review.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use SupplierPing, created with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at supplierping@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Trial and billing

  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access and no card required.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from Billing, with no retention flow and no cancellation fee.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
  • We'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SupplierPing to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or messages to addresses that aren't real suppliers you have an actual purchasing relationship with.
  • Upload data you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service's security or infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that impersonates another person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.

5. Your data

You own the purchase order and business data you upload to SupplierPing. We use it only to provide the Service to you; see the Privacy Policy for details. You're responsible for having the right to upload and process any supplier data you put into the Service.

6. Intellectual property

SupplierPing, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or code beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-drafted content or AI-suggested update will always be accurate. You're responsible for reviewing anything before you approve, send, or apply it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplierPing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, non-payment, or if required by law, with notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
